Seattle, Washington by SandSBricks

We found this treasure in our email last month. The story of how this temple was created is a fun read and I highly suggest heading to their etsy page where you can buy a downloaded instruction sheet for the Seattle and the Salt Lake Temple.  These are Micro size temples and such a great design  The little Moroni is very creative. I think they'd make a great Christmas Present!
Thanks for sharing, Steve and Sharon!

San Diego, California- Guest Build

We were happily surprised to find these pictures in our inbox a few weeks ago.
As is apparent, we have slowed WAY down on our own building of LEGO temples.  We are grateful we did it when we could and hope to continue our family tradition, just at a slower pace.
Thanks to Jaren Ford for sending this to us!

4142 pieces, 40x40 base and about 50 bricks high
(12.5' x 12.5" x 21")

If you have a LEGO temple you would like posted on our blog, please send photos to

Mini San Diego

Not as great a picture, but the correct position of Moroni:)

This is a temple we have wanted to build for years.  We have seen others do it and have even started it once at our normal scale.  But we decided to try a mini version. It is really patterned after the one found on this site.  We just used pieces we had on hand to tweak it to our own version.  We hope that is what many of you do with the pictures we post.  However, we really can't take credit for the basic idea of this creation. We will post our step by step photos this week.
Thank You,
